Hello! My name is Liu Zinuo, and my English and Spanish names are both Valentina. I am a university student from Beijing, born and raised in [location missing]. I have two majors: Journalism and Spanish, which is why I can use them relatively fluently. I am also studying Turkish and Azerbaijani, which I have been doing for almost a year now. My greatest passion is learning different languages and understanding the history and culture of various parts of the world; I have traveled to more than a dozen countries in the past twenty years. I have experience teaching Chinese to foreign friends, and they found my teaching style easy to understand, which gave me the courage to try teaching students here. I believe my strengths include:
(1) Proficient in English and Spanish, able to explain issues in your native language;
(2) Has a deep understanding of culture and history, is able to respect the cultural boundaries of others, and can provide you with more cultural explanations to help you identify the differences between different cultures;
(3) I personally have a relatively good level of Chinese proficiency as a native Chinese speaker and language learner;
(4) Having some experience teaching Chinese to foreigners, and as a language learner myself, I am able to have a deeper understanding and respect for your difficulties and joys.
