About me

Hello! My name is Shiva, and I am an English and Spanish tutor currently living in Madrid, Spain. I have experience teaching languages both privately and through educational institutions, helping students improve their communication skills, confidence, and fluency. In addition to teaching, I am a PhD candidate in Food Biotechnology and have several years of professional experience working in research, innovation, and international environments. My classes are practical, friendly, and adapted to each student's goals. Whether you want to improve your conversational skills, prepare for a job interview, communicate more confidently at work, or simply feel more comfortable speaking English or Spanish in everyday situations, I will design the lessons according to your needs. I believe that learning a language should be interactive and enjoyable. During our classes, we will focus on real communication, useful vocabulary, speaking practice, and building confidence rather than memorizing grammar rules. I work with students of different levels and backgrounds, and I always create a supportive environment where mistakes are part of the learning process. I look forward to helping you achieve your language goals. See you in class!
