About me

Hello! My name is Raisa, I’m 24 years old and I’m an educator, English teacher, and soft skills instructor with 8 years of experience teaching children, teens, and adults. My biggest difference as a teacher is my personalized and supportive teaching style, always adapting lessons to each student’s goals, learning pace, and individual needs. My teaching method is based on PPP and PDCA strategies, allowing me to create organized, practical, and results-focused lessons. I believe learning should be engaging, motivating, and effective, so I always aim to build a comfortable environment where students feel confident to grow and improve. Besides English and educational support, I also help students develop important skills such as communication, confidence, organization, and continuous learning. My goal is to help every student achieve the level they want in a clear, practical, and personalized way.
