About me

TEFL-Certified English Tutor | 8Years | Kids, Adults & Exam Prep

Hi, I'm Peace, a TEFL-certified English tutor with 8 years of experience helping students speak with real confidence, not just memorize grammar rules. I work with students at every level, from complete beginners to advanced learners preparing for IELTS and TOEFL. The one thing that consistently works: lessons that feel like real conversation, not a lecture. Here's what you can expect: Beginners — practical English you can use right away, building vocabulary naturally and getting comfortable speaking without freezing up. Exam preparation — structured speaking practice, the vocabulary examiners look for, and realistic mock scenarios so test day feels familiar, not stressful. Fluent speakers — polish your pronunciation, idioms, and everyday expressions to sound more natural and confident. I am a sign language instructor with experience teaching deaf students, which means I use highly visual, patient, and creative teaching methods that work for all learning styles — including dyslexic learners. Before our first lesson I will ask about your goals and current level so we can build a plan that fits you specifically — not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. I am patient, encouraging, and I genuinely enjoy helping students go from hesitant to confident. Book a trial lesson and let's get started!
