About me

TEFL - Certified English tutor (16 years experience) - Speak confidently with support

Hello! I’m Chas, an experienced and passionate English teacher with over 16 years of teaching expertise, including leadership roles as a school principal. I specialize in helping shy and sensitive learners feel safe, confident, and inspired to speak English. My background includes Early Years education, ESL for young learners, and online teaching for both kids and adults. I’m originally from South Africa and have lived in Dubai for 21 years, giving me rich experience working with diverse cultures and dialects. I love using storytelling, gentle encouragement, and fun interactive methods to make learning joyful and effective. Whether you're looking to build confidence, improve fluency, or prepare for everyday conversations, I’m here to support you at your own pace.
