Hello and welcome! I am a passionate and dedicated Economics tutor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, where I graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. With four years of teaching experience, I have developed a strong passion for helping students understand difficult concepts, build confidence in their abilities, and achieve their academic goals. My teaching approach is built around the belief that every student can excel when given the right guidance, encouragement, and learning environment. As an Economics tutor, my goal is to make learning simple, practical, and engaging. I break down complex economic theories and principles into clear explanations that students can easily understand and remember. Rather than encouraging students to memorise definitions and formulas alone, I help them understand the reasoning behind economic concepts and how these concepts apply to everyday life. From understanding demand and supply to exploring inflation, unemployment, market structures, national income, and international trade, I ensure that my lessons are relevant, interactive, and focused on building a solid foundation in Economics. I have experience working with students at different learning levels, and I am committed to creating a supportive online learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their difficulties, and learning from their mistakes. My lessons incorporate practical examples, step-by-step explanations, worked examples, class exercises, revision activities, and assessments to monitor progress and strengthen understanding.
